Looks like I can go and get my bike back tomorrow, really hope that this is the case I’m sick of not being able to use it. Mapdec in Kendal have said that the wire that they had been waiting for came in the morning today and the job was “complete” sometime this afternoon. So tomorrow all things being equal I’ll head off up to Kendal to collect it, then cycle home. It’s only 30mi (mostly avoiding the A65) so I should have enough battery to make the whole distance, probably mean that I spend some of the time using ECO mode rather than my preferred normal mode.
Now all I have to do is get Tredz to actually send the money that they authorised me to spend on the fixes to me bike. I’m waiting on the first two payments now and the new one will go in tomorrow. Two bank holidays have not helped though.
I’ve also been doing quite a lot of writing over the last few days, but I have a planned post about that in the works so I will post that once I’ve finished writing it.
