No, not the Portal music, literally still alive and doing stuff but not as much writing as I planned or hoped… or not here. I’m still active on Reddit… too active maybe…
I keep coming up with new things I want to write but that actual process of getting it written isn’t that easy. Not helping the fact that I’m very critical of what I write so I often write something but on reading it back I hate it so don’t save it. And I know I said I might post existing already written stuff but not got on with that either.
I’ve just got my first 8x Box group in City of Heroes to level 50 (level cap), but of course there is end game Incarnate stuff to do with them and I have 4 other groups I’m working on and I’ve been re-reading a lot of books too… the stories do keep appearing in my head, I suppose it’s a good thing they don’t take up physical space or my head would have popped.
I’ve also written a bit of the Multi-boxing Part II post… but I’m not sure if I will ever publish it, doesn’t seem like something I actually want to concentrate on here (or anywhere) while I enjoy multi-boxing most of the guide is specific to a single game so it’s not like it’s even very useful for other people playing other games.
I’ve also started work on another major post in which I plan on talking about my mental health as that is quite important both in general and should help people understand where I’m coming from in my fiction. But it’s a way off. I do find writing “non-fiction” somewhat easier to write in some ways… certainly easier to not be overly critical of it, so it’s more likely to be published at some point.
